I am located outside of the U.S. Can I place an online order?

Placing orders online on FlukeBiomedical.com is currently available for our customers in the United States only. We are always evaluating additional markets and our primary goal is to ensure that our online store serves the needs of one region before expanding into additional markets. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) as well as Google Pay and PayPal. If you would like to purchase via P.O. or use another payment option, please contact our sales team.

How can I make qualified tax-exempt purchases through your online store?

The first time you want to make a tax-exempt purchase through our online store, you will need to reach out to [email protected] to provide your email address and qualifying tax-exempt documentation. If you are an existing customer, please provide your email address and business name, and we will check that we have your paperwork on file. Our team will then enable your account for online tax-exempt purchases. You will need to use the same email address to identify yourself each time you purchase.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery with your online order ID (begins with 'FSY') and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must call 800-850-4608 or e-mail [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.

Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of receipt. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with the name of the shipping provider, a tracking number, and a link to track the status of your shipment.
