Webinars
The webinar content type holds only the information about the webinar itself, like the presenter, audience, description. It is not the holder for a video or event information.
Assumptions about webinar pages:
- We are not doing certificates on the website at this time.
- A form is available on every webinar page in the event that someone wants more information.
- Webinars can be used as a hub for hot content.
Videos and events are both related to the webinar. These can be created ahead of time, or at the same time as adding webinar content.
Whether an event is set determines if it is in the list of upcoming webinars or not.
| Field Name | Description |
| Title | Title of the webinar. This is used for the URL and in metadata |
| H1 Title | This is a nicer version, it can have special characters and punctuation. It will be used in displays. |
| Author | The author or presenter of the webinar. This field is a reference to site users. If a new presenter needs to be used, they need to be added as a user on the site with their profile populated. |
| Length | The length of the webinar |
| Text | Introductory text |
| Webinar type | Empower, demo days, etc. |
| Audience | The type of viewer this is geared toward - electrical engineers versus biomeds, for example (even though they might be the same) |
| Tags | arbitrary tags that you might want to add. |
