Basic pages are generic pages that stand on their own and do not contain similar types of content as other pages. If there are more than three pages that are of a similar type, it might be a good idea to think about if they should be their own content type so they can be consistent and easier to manage.

The bulk of content on these pages is managed in the Layout Builder.

Field Description
Title The title of the page. This is used for the url, but not SEO metadata.
H1 Title The title of the page as it exists on the page. This is also used in SEO
Teaser Image

A 3:2 aspect ratio image depicting the category. This is displayed on the product family page.

This image is used in card references, if this content is referred to in another place.

Brand The brand that this product is related to
Site Section This helps build the URL.
Language the language for the page.
Banner Background This is a wide image field that isn't likely going to be used
Body The body content of the page. This is likely blank for most pages, as they will have content populated with Layout Builder.
Body Summary

A short description of the page that would appear in cards when being used as a content reference

Used as the SEO description metadata for the page in search engines

H1 Title The title of the page as it exists on the page. This is also used in SEO
