VT305 Gas Flow Analyzer
The VT305 Gas Flow Analyzer is the quick and easy way to test medical gas flow and pressure devices. It is more than just gas flow meter; it analyzes the performance of a wide variety devices and multiple ventilator parameters. Examples of these gas flow meter or pressure-producing devices are: endoscopic insufflators, anesthesia machines, oxygen flow meters, pressure gauges and suction devices. Their versatility is part of what makes them the test tools of choice for healthcare quality and safety professionals. The VT305 features internal sensors to make connecting to medical devices a fast and easy process. The four-button front-panel control makes switching to the best view of measured data simple. Onboard graphing capabilities allow users to view waveforms right on-screen, and measurements (numeric and waveform data) can be stored on the unit’s 2 GB SD card with a simple button-touch. Users can upload these measurements to a computer for viewing or printing using the included Windows-compatible utility program. The base unit measures flow, pressure and oxygen concentration. It also measures gas temperature within the on-board flow-measurement channel to make correction to selectable gas standards easy. Additionally, the VT305 is compatible with Ansur software, which streamlines the standard work for testing medical devices through ready-to-use templates and easy drag-and-drop template modifications. The automation provided by the Ansur software helps reduce human error, improves consistency in data collection and reporting, and ensures compliance to OEM requirements.

VT PLUS HF Gas Flow Analyzer
The VT PLUS HF is Fluke Biomedical’s premier general-purpose gas-flow analyzer. In addition, special display modes and bi-directional flow make it perfect for fully and efficiently testing both conventional mechanical ventilators and high-frequency ventilators. EC.6.20 now requires 100 % completion of scheduled life-support device preventive maintenance every year, and VT PLUS HF can help meet those requirements. Multiple special-function tests make troubleshooting quick and efficient. VT PLUS HF has the capability to measure either high- or low-flow and pressure, replacing the need for gauges and flow meters. It measures 21 ventilator parameters and can display all of them on one screen. Results can be printed directly from the unit or from a PC with included Windows-compatible software. VT PLUS HF also has onboard graphing capability and shows the minimum, maximum, average, and absolute measurement for all parameters. Learning to use the VT PLUS HF is simple. Technicians control the unit using the VT PLUS HF user-friendly command system, or, if they’re familiar with the RT-200, they can switch to a special control mode that uses RT-200-style commands. VT PLUS HF can be operated with a variety of precision simulation lungs to ensure that ventilators are tested to manufacturers’ specifications and clinical expectations with a fully NIST-traceable testing system.
