Fluke Biomedical's new PS320 Fetal Simulator effectively tests and troubleshoots fetal electronic monitors

EVERETT, WASHINGTON – Fluke Biomedical announced today that it has released the PS320 Fetal Simulator, a versatile test tool for troubleshooting electronic fetal monitors and training clinical staff.

"The PS320 Fetal Simulator is a new addition to Fluke Biomedical's extensive line of patient simulation products. This easy-to-use, innovative test tool simulates a wide range of dynamic fetal and maternal physiological parameters including twins. It simulates 25 clinical scenarios for training labor-and-delivery staff in the recognition of both normal and abnormal fetal responses to uterine activity," said Mike Bryles, Product Manager for Fluke Biomedical. "It's also conveniently handheld and ready to go anywhere at a moment's notice."

The PS320 Fetal Simulator offers an easy user interface, providing a 2 x 16-character LCD display with adjustable contrast. The unit operates on a 9-volt battery with low-battery monitoring and also runs continuously with the supplied battery eliminator.
