Fluke Biomedical announces the release of the PS410 Patient Simulator for testing both ECG monitoring and diagnostic devices

EVERETT, WASHINGTON – Fluke Biomedical announced today that it has released the PS410 Patient Simulator, a pocket-sized simulator that simulates a full range of cardiac rhythms and a wide range of ECG waveforms for comprehensive testing of ECG devices.

"The PS410 is easy to operate, weighs less than a pound and is small enough to slip inside a shirt pocket," said Mike Bryles, Product Manager for Fluke Biomedical. "Technicians simply connect the simulator to the device under test and use the PS410 keypad to enter the code presets. The simulator then transmits the selected preset simulations to the device."

The PS410 includes pacemaker simulation, 35 arrhythmia selections and adult and pediatric normal-sinus rhythms. It has an easy-to-use top-panel control and is battery operated.
