| | FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE | | 6/1/2006 | | | Fluke Biomedical DPM2 PLUS Universal Pressure Meter tests a broad range of equipment without too many extra added features | | EVERETT, WASHINGTON – Fluke Biomedical announced today that it has released the DPM2 Plus Digital Universal Pressure Meter, a pressure meter designed to measure the positive and negative pressures of medical devices in either liquid or gaseous form to assist in repair and quality control. "We are pleased to offer another portable, low-cost solution for testing pressures and evaluating flows produced by a broad range of medical devices, whether during preventive maintenance or troubleshooting and repair", said Jerry Zion, Product Manager with Fluke Biomedical.
When coupled with the optional Parabolic Flow Adapter accessory, the displayed pressure can be interpreted, using the look-up-table supplied with the parabolic flow adapter to determine flow from medical devices.
